Lodi resident and historical society member Harry McCue, chair of the Ithaca College Art Department, will display 40 examples of drawings, paintings and prints produced over 50 years of his life. The Ovid Historical Society will hold an antique road show with appraisers Sarah Dawley, Romulus town historian, and Stephen Wagner, an antiques dealer from Caywood. Bring up to three items for appraisal for one dollar. A 50/50 raffle and refreshments will be offered. The event will be held in the Ovid Historical Society's museum on Main Street in Ovid. The historical societies of Interlaken, Lodi, Ovid and Romulus will sponsor an evening of activities focusing on the state's agricultural college at Willard, founded in 1853. The Civil War affected the future of the college, which was later moved to Cornell University. The Willard Insane Asylum was then located at the site of the ag college.
