The couple with hats switched are unknown, and the other men are believed to be Henry Dohrer (in vest) and Bill Putnam. Bill Dohrer ran the Eagle Hotel from the mid-1920s to the 1940s. Prior to that, the Seneca Falls native operated the Ovid Hotel, now Community Bank.
